SFS software package installation

  1. verify, via the command-line interface, that sufficient, free partition space is available for installation:
      df -h
  2. download and place the file at /mnt/home
  3. then, either follow the instructions at: Menu > System > BootManager
  4. or, if available, follow the instructions at: Menu > Setup > SFS-Load

Applications using J.R.E.

Some applications that make use of Java may need to be configured and/or re-started after J.R.E. installation, e.g.:
Web browser configuration confirmation tests:
To execute these tests JavaScript needs to be enabled within the Web browser.
