SFS software package installation:
- verify, via the command-line interface, that sufficient, free partition space is available for installation:
- download and place the file at /mnt/home
- then, either follow the instructions at: Menu > System > BootManager
- or, if available, follow the instructions at: Menu > Setup > SFS-Load
Program operation:
The relevant applications need to be configured after J.R.E. installation, e.g.:
LibreOffice
Go to: Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Java
SeaMonkey
Go to: Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Enable Java
Firefox
Go to: Tools > Options > Content > Enable Java
Opera
Go to: Tools > Quick Preferences > Enable Plug-ins
Web browser configuration confirmation tests:
To execute these tests JavaScript needs to be enabled within the Web browser.
